WHAT IS YOUR Refund Policy OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

You must claim for the return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • You have not used the product/s and it is in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The size of the product received does not match the size ordered.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE Refund Policy?

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to [email protected] or by calling at 0341-2564005. At Export Club, we handle each dispute on a case-by-case basis and strive to be fair to both parties. If you receive a defective/faulty/damaged item, we will send you a replacement. You must email photographic evidence of the defective item to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase before we can process any claims. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. However, for our beloved customers, we charge ZERO for sending you back. Also, in case a defected piece is received by the customer, the cost of delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. During busy sale events, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

WHAT IS YOUR SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you’re dissatisfied with the size you purchased and want a different size, feel free to return your purchase to Export Club. Just contact us via email at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date. Make sure the product/s remain unused, in their original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Yes, we offer refunds in cases of damage or if there was an error by our packing staff resulting in the received product not matching your order. However, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please allow 7-10 working days for refund processing.

Exchanges during a sale or on discounted products are only possible if there was an error by our packing staff resulting in the received product not matching your order.

There are specific scenarios where supporting returns & exchanges is challenging for us. These include but aren’t limited to:

  • Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
  • Product damage due to use.
  • Product tampering.
